Chris Lehto has been an F-16 pilot for over 12 years and currently instructs new F-16 pilots. He has a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry-Materials Science from the Air Force Academy and a Masters in Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle University. He has been stationed in South Korea, Italy, Alaska, Turkey and several locations in the contiguous US. His background and training allow him to provide a new and unique viewpoint to the fitness and nutrition worlds.

He grew up in Houston and currently lives with his wife and three little kids in Arizona.
